If Notcha isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days of buying it. No forms and no awkward questions. This covers both Lifetime and Team.

(And you can try everything free for 7 days before buying, so we hope you'll never need this.)

How to get a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number or license key, if you have it (it's in your purchase email).
3. We'll confirm and start the refund through our payment provider.

What to expect

• The money goes back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
• After a refund, the license key is turned off and Notcha will show its locked screen on your Mac.
• If something is broken, tell us first. We'd love to fix it, but the refund is always your choice.

After 14 days

Refunds after the guarantee period are at our discretion. If you have a problem, write to us anyway.
